More of In the Mood for Love…
I just got back from an extended weekend with some good friends. We met up in Paso Robles, California, and spent the next few days exploring this new “up and coming” wine region. I say “up and coming” even though it has been known as a region for more than 10 years now. I would say that it’s very much like Napa in the late 1970s / early 1980s.
They already have a lot of wonderful wineries, and a lot of wonderful restaurants serving awesome food. But it’s not yet as developed as Napa is today.
One of the things that I was able to do was to take my In the Mood for Love… film recipe to its paces. It did not disappoint. And I think I’m really liking it a lot. You can see the photos I took using this recipe on the right, and a few down below (where I have other photos using different recipes).
